results of being lazy

Well after 15 years of being lazy and not turning off the gas on my Sporster.....I started her up and the dipstick blew across the garage...sumped oil all over my neigbors stuff and oil was running out of the gas tank...with gas in it. I know...always turn off the gas!! Now I get to drain it...etc. etc. Oh well, More work for me for something so simple as turning that petcock. Color me embarrased.
